At Moon Pod, we want you to experience total weightlessness; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can initiate a return within 365 days of delivery. Please note that items must be in original condition to qualify for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully compress your Moon Pod back into its original shipping box or a similar sized container to ensure it meets carrier requirements.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
